ADIDAS LOSES ANOTHER PARTNER
Following their $1.3 billion split with Kanye, adidas has ended its partnered venture with Beyonce’s Ivy Park.
Since 2018, the partnership has led to over 50 sneakers and hundreds of clothing items being dropped. But the brand never met expectations.
Because the Ivy Park capsule sales fell short for multiple years in a row. Let me explain…
In 2022, the brand brought in $40 million although it was projected to do $250 million - a decline of 50% from the previous year’s revenue of $93 million.
So what was the reason for the split?
Despite adidas being rumored to lose $10 million on Ivy Park this year, the split wasn’t due to performance.
It was major “creative differences” between Beyonce and adidas that ended the partnership.
Either way, it seems like a win for adidas…

TOP 3 UPCOMING SB DUNKS COLLABS
2023 is a big year for Nike SB Dunks collabs.
Over the past few months, I’ve covered 8 collab leaks. So here’s a look at the top 3 pairs…
Who is Yuto Horigome? A professional skateboarder with multiple gold medals in the Olympics, X Games, and multiple international skate leagues.
This sneaker is expected to drop between late Summer to early Fall.
This iteration of the Supreme SB Dunk is a collab with a late artist from NY named Rammellzee.
These sneakers will be available in both a high and low model on Supreme and Nike this July.
For their first collab, Jarritos (a Mexican soda company) teamed up with Nike to release an SB Dunk.
Since the first few leaks, we’ve been waiting for a release date.
