And just like that - Yeezys are back.
After 8 months of hoopla with Ye, Adidas has decided to sell off parts of its remaining Yeezy stock ($1.2B worth).
A few other options that were on the table were burning, selling, or donating their leftover Yeezy stock this year.
The news came after Adidas CEO (Bjorn Gulden) announced in a shareholder meeting that “burning (the Yeezy stock) is not the solution”.
Adidas will…
Sell “some” of it to the public
Then donate proceeds to international charities
The only trash part - there’s no public information on when or what Yeezy sneakers will release.
Ps. An insider told me that Yeezy warehouses are operational again. You’ll likely see the next Yeezy drop happening within the next couple of months.
